Sam currently serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at HubSpot, a global SaaS company focused on helping millions of organizations grow better. In her role, she focuses on projects that advance the strategy and goals for HubSpot and the People Operations teams, which include our Future of Work implementation and regional expansion enablement. Prior to that, she was a Chief of Staff and Talent Strategy Leader at Wayfair, and previously led senior leadership recruitment for the company’s North American Retail business. Before Wayfair, she held the roles of Principal of Executive Search and Director of People Development & Recruitment at Koya Leadership Partners (now a part of Diversified Search), a national executive search firm focused on nonprofits and social impact organizations.
